This deal was on a while back and it still seems to be at the reduced price, follow this guide to buy it:
On Windows 10, hit the Windows key to bring up the Start bar and type region. A few results will appear; click on region and language settings.
At this point, pick Ukraine as your region and click get deal at the top of this post, and then complete the purchase with a Revolut card for no fees, when entering credit card details change city to a city in Ukraine.
Once done change your region back.

This. Please don't support the Windows store with PC game purchases as it's messing with games. Support it when they work better. If you don't know what I mean, please look up Unified Windows Platform PC games.

Really must resist this... spent far too much on games and hardware these last two years, and have enough to be getting on with for RotTR to hit £5 on Steam by the time I'm done.

I bought Rise of the tomb raider from the Russian store for £7 ages ago. I did so buy buying Russian Xbox credit. Redeeming it on my Microsoft account. Bought the game. Then switched back to my UK account. Going to try this with ori now.
Edit: Just tried it bought 500 russian credit from G2A. Changed region on Windows 10 to Russian. Then to Windows 10. Clicked on my account and clicked on redeem code. Took me to the redeem code section (in Russian) put my code in and redeemed. Then I went back to the windows store. Bought Ori and the Blind Forest. Even had enough credit left over for Hitman Go.

I get Store Region Rejections via my debit card (I've not heard of a Revolut Card).
In the address details at checkout I put a Ukranian City and Ukranian Postcode. My card seems to be accepted as I'm taken to the Pay stage...then I get the payment billing store conflict and rejection.... So sad....
Is there another step I should take?

Download Revolut on your smartphone and set it up, once done it'll give you a prepaid card that you can top up with no currency conversion fees and it should work. You get the card number and details before it arrives in the post so you can buy the game straight away.

i just tried this and it gave the same region error code, now i have 2 pending charges of 30p from microsoft. Wish I hadn't bothered, oh well cheers anyway.

if it's nite a steam certain, you might want ti make sure it gets all the Geneva updates as it ran badly at launch
