Can you just say a bit more about freezer manual guidelines, I've just spent an hour finding out and reading through my freezer manual. It has guidance for different types of meat, fish, vegetables, ice cream and even cheese but nothing on mycoprotein. Do you think it would be safe for me to buy these?

If you're using a standard -18C freezer I think you just need to make sure you use them before the date on the packet.
If you're using an ice-making compartment you need to be more careful. That's when you need to check your freezer manual.
