Pretty much a third off the Philips Air Fryer on an Amazon lightning deal. Normal price is £99.99.
I have one and they are brilliant for chips and jacket spuds. Get em while they're hot! Deal ends at 2:30pm.

I've heard these acti-frier things take ages to cook a portion of chips. I cook frozen oven chips in the oven and it takes 20 minutes from a cold oven to cook. How long to cook one portion of chips in one of these, please?

I got the 9230, bought it recently.
I cook aunt betties home style chips. It says 20-25 minutes in the oven.
3 minutes for the machine to heat upto 200*
12 or so minutes to cook the chips. During the cooking process you take out and shake.
It's a lot faster cooking in these machines.

French Fries oven chips are about 12 minutes. Thick cut about 15 minutes.
Jacket spuds are where this thing rocks though. Microwave them on full power until you can push a knife in them, then put them in the air fryer for about 4-5 minutes and they'll crisp up like they've been in the oven for an hour.
