I think it's the £26/month tariff with no upfront cost which gives you the device for £192.
Take out the contract, as soon as phone arrives, cancel airtime contract and request unlock code.

Basically take a phone out on O2 refresh, request unlock, ring and pay off phone contract which cancels the airtime too

There's already a Nougat beta available for this so it looks like Huawei might be getting their updates out sooner than the other manufacturers. Great price for a current flagship.
