These are 'High Speed with Ethernet' so will be fine for 4K. I ordered a few last week and work perfectly with a 4K setup. The 1.3a (or 1.4 etc) isn't a HDMI cable standard, it relates to the connecting equipment, so is a bit misleading when they quote it on a cables description. Any 'High Speed' HDMI cable will be fine for 4K.

It was the fact that the vendor made the distinction in the listing, as well as 'Perfect for both high-definition video and standard video formats' that made me think that these will not have been high speed but your confirmation makes the deal even better.
