I only ever got confirmation emails when using the clubcard number.. But previously got codes through for a claim with and one without the clubcard

Ok so it seems to be common ground that without a club card you don't get an acknowledgement email. Wonder why that is the case as the terms allow you to claim without a club card. Seems to be an automated system.in any case so I wonder why only.those entering a club card field get a response. The 14 days for me are up after the promotion gas ended. It I think I still have all of my receipts somewhere

i had a congratulations your application was sucessful email without any codes, i emailed them and then 1 hour later i was sent codes

For anyone who appears to be getting blank acknowledgement emails with just logos visible, you may find that your email text is actually white on a white background, so the text is there, but you can only see it if you highlight it. This has happened to me with all the acknowledgement emails when using Gmail in a Web browser. The text shows fine (in black) when using Gmail on my phone. Very weird!

For my first claim (7th July) I received the codes on 14th. For my next claims (10th, 11th and 12th) I have not yet had the codes.
