I have made 4 applications, first one Tuesday 5th July, and although I got the page thanking me for applying after each application and saying I would hear within 14 days I heard nothing else, no email and have checked all junk folders. After the last application on 14th using my clubcard I received an email, but that had no codes, it was just logos and a disclaimer and the rest of the email was blank. Where am I going wrong?

Does anyone know how you use these codes inside the cinema so as to avoid the booking fee?
Do you go to a staff counter or the automated kiosk? And what options you choose etc to enter the voucher code?

9th.. But put in another claim on Monday and there's no way of telling which one has come through apart from waiting until the 2 weeks for the second claim is up... If you claimed on the 7th I'd get in touch with tesco tomorrow as your 14 days will be up then... Have you kept the receipt in case they want a photo emailing?

The website gives the option but it is not in the t&c nor do you get an acknowledgement back for a claim submitted without a clubcard. wonder whether the increase in take up due to it being on hotukdeals and moneysaving has led it to rethink what it is prepared to accept.

I got codes through on my first claim without a clubcard and if it wasn't possible they shouldn't give people the option to claim without clubcard on the claim site

I agree we should get a code, but the t&C's apparently blocked you buying it without a clubcard. As I have no acknowledgments on these claims and zero codes on the ones with a clubcard I wonder if this is going to be anything like the hoover fiasco all those years ago!

But we should still receive codes if a claim was submitted while the offer was on.. Couldn't see anywhere where it said they won't sent them out after the 19/7... Maybe they'll manage to catch up from Wednesday

I have submitted 7 claims, all using the same club card number, but across two email addresses. 5 were from in store purchases and 2 from online collection orders. All had confirmation emails but not one code received, nowt, nothing, zilch ....but will wait patiently.

just read the T&Cs in details. Whilst the main page gives you the option of purchasing in store without a clubcard the T&C's don't mention this option- it only talks about the option with a clubcard; hence why without a clubcard you are not getting an acknowledgment email back. Still waiting from 9/7 for claims. Unfortunately offer will finish before the 14 days is up.

For anyone who appears to be getting blank acknowledgement emails with just logos visible, you may find that your email text is actually white on a white background, so the text is there, but you can only see it if you highlight it. This has happened to me with all the acknowledgement emails when using Gmail in a Web browser. The text shows fine (in black) when using Gmail on my phone. Very weird!
For my first claim (7th July) I received the codes on 14th. For my next claims (10th, 11th and 12th) I have not yet had the codes.

Ok so it seems to be common ground that without a club card you don't get an acknowledgement email. Wonder why that is the case as the terms allow you to claim without a club card. Seems to be an automated system.in any case so I wonder why only.those entering a club card field get a response. The 14 days for me are up after the promotion gas ended. It I think I still have all of my receipts somewhere

Wait until the 14 days are up and if nothing has arrived contact the email provided in the terms. Keep your receipt. I'm waiting for mine submitted on the 9th.. And hanging on to the receipts in case nothing cones through
