It's from gearbest, even the NHS would be a quicker option for your ankle.
To be fair, gearbest have been ok for me, but expect it to take 8-10 days for delivery of something like this.

RICE, rest, ice, compression, elevation. Sounds like you've got the compression covered.
Also the lemon basmati tilda stuff is delicious! :P

Was looking for ankle support as getting pain, for the price worth a try. Thanks ops.
I was eyeing on the below link from Amazon so called copper compression type, anyone know if this actually helps healing or just a marketing thing asking for more money or just get cheap ones like this deal?
I can't see any verified orders. Lots of reviews look like they were given this free or with a discount just to review it

Mueller do the best ankle straps for sport. Expensive @£20 but worth it if you have chocolate ankles like myself. Have some Heat

I recently did my ankle, quite badly, even the hospital couldn't decide if the shadow on my bone was a break or not and I threw out the acronym RICE and they said they don't advise compression anymore but they didn't say why?
