It's from gearbest, even the NHS would be a quicker option for your ankle.
To be fair, gearbest have been ok for me, but expect it to take 8-10 days for delivery of something like this.

RICE, rest, ice, compression, elevation. Sounds like you've got the compression covered.
Also the lemon basmati tilda stuff is delicious! :P

Gearbest is a horrible company to deal with, once they got your money then it's impossible to get hold of them... That's what you get when you buy from Chinese sellers who are mainly supplying goods direct from China ... Bought a dual sim mobile from them when was posted in here which seemed to be a good value ... Well yes it was cheap and the sellers were and are even cheaper than the phone itself ... Not recommended

So, basically, you didn't do your research, bought a 'shine' phone and now **** off the shop.. riiiggghhht. :smirk:
I'm typing this on a brilliant phone from GB, no issues whatsoever and have ordered from them since. Pay by PayPal, any issues open a ticket.

Just grabbed one great buy as the sports direct ones are cheap and nasty.

On the flip side I am using an ankle support like this style but only when trying running again and it seems to support well, I paid about £8 on Amazon for the equivalent, personally had no issues with gearbest so heat.

I recently did my ankle, quite badly, even the hospital couldn't decide if the shadow on my bone was a break or not and I threw out the acronym RICE and they said they don't advise compression anymore but they didn't say why?

They wouldn't get much business with that name.

Was looking for ankle support as getting pain, for the price worth a try. Thanks ops.
I was eyeing on the below link from Amazon so called copper compression type, anyone know if this actually helps healing or just a marketing thing asking for more money or just get cheap ones like this deal?
I can't see any verified orders. Lots of reviews look like they were given this free or with a discount just to review it
