This regularly gets put down to £199 but never this low.
FYI this is the 4gb RAM 1080P model, most other places only have the 2gb model

This is the killer for me - no point buying one that won't be getting android apps now.

I have a Acer C720 but would upgrade for a HD screen.

Pass, it charges via a barrel type connector rather than Micro USB. Last thing I want is having to cart yet another mains adapters around with me.

I've personally never seen a laptop that uses a micro USB to charge, are you sure this is a common thing?

Read reviews and the screen is poor and being FHD at 13.3" is a downside as it doesn't scale well so everything is fairly small.

Actually Acer products are not too bad any more, especially when it is a Chromebook, it often offers performance that rivals the far more expensive brands and outshines most on battery life.
