I've had the 5 portion grill for over 6 months and 2nd one today :)
Tip Cooking Pizzas
- Make sure the grill is in tilting position, If you get an empty pot noodle cup or larger king pot noodle cup (these can withstand heat from the grill) and place it under the protruding handle, you can cook small to medium sized pizzas with this grill, or cook a medium sized pizza cut in half with this grill.

Clean it whilst it's still warm, use a wet paper towel, drip off the extra water to let it steam and then wipe off gunk with another towel! You're sorted

I don't know if ours is faulty, but we found fat just seems to sit on the plate and not trickle down. Are we doing something wrong?!

Sounds broken or you've got it on an angle, cooking a steak you'll get some fat on the plates but most will trickle down
