The drives in these are 15 mm high so definitely not. They are 5.5 mm too high.

Not without the case extender, 3tb's are too fat to fit in the slot of the PS4

It doesn't have the SATA connector inside only USB.... The Seagate ones seem to be the only with SATA inside...!
