Start has slow cpu inside, bought 6 inch tomtom with fast cpu from Amazon for 89 quid.

The timing of this deal is absolutely superb, im driving to France in August and for the last couple of weeks have been reading up on sat navs and choosing which one to get. I wanted this as although not the latest model, which is the start/go 50, is actually supposed to be much better as the new ones have flaws.
Im watching a few on ebay but thought id end up forking out £89 for a new one anyway so this deal coming up now is perfect!

Good price. I don't think I can live without live traffic updates though. That was the one thing I missed on my old Tom Tom.
They also have the Go 50 for £99 which seems like a good deal.

Yes - I've just reserved one at my local shop. Seems a good price to me. Think they have the pricing wrong currently as the UK/ROI model is more expensive than the full Europe model at the minute....

I'll never buy a sat nav again, especially a Tom Tom with limited maps!!! Google maps works wonders for me on my iPhone.
