I used Velcro to put a 40inch tv on the bedroom ceiling above the bed on the wife's side but unfortunately its holding despite jumping around in the attic at 1am.

People who wall mount TVs in 2016 don't own expensive ones...it's just Polaroid and Blaupunkt (and the likes) owners that still think it's a good look.

Good question though as this is for a 27" TV it's largely irrelevant as sub 27" TVs aren't expensive (nor are they heavy enough to pose any pressure on a plastic bracket). :stuck_out_tongue:

£300 for a 27 inch TV? When was that, 1995? I bought a 42 inch Samsung smart tv for £300 nearly 2 years ago! I wouldn't mount it on a £1 bracket though ... :smiley:
