I understand that it is refurbished, but actually the vast, vast majority of people are clearly happy with this company and their 2nd hand products. If you'd rather pay £269.99 to Samsung for new that is your choice, but calling them rip off merchants, as if they're cowboy builders or dodgy dealers or something, seems in my opinion to be quite unfair and rather uneducated in relation to this seller, who have an extremely good past eBay profile

Great price, but their description of 'good condition': Moderate signs of wear and tear which may include scratches, chips or dents to screen and/or housing. That sounds pretty 'grade C' ish to me.
Also Please note – unit only, does not include any accessories. - I'd assume the back cover and battery are included but it's not specific.

loads of nonsense..if you cannot ell the difference between a product designed by technologically adavanced company and cheap junk from unknown factors of China then I have nothing more to say.specs and numbers alone don't make a product..you bing me a screen that even gets close to the quality OLED screen used in these and then we talk.

This isn't exactly a BAD smartphone, personally I have an LG G3 and think you can get one for a little less than this, not sure. My mum had the G4 and now has the G5, and I STILL prefer the G3, if anything I would recommend that, the specs are fantastic. Best phone I ever had
