Apparently they're even actually bringing microtransactions into it now.
Although I wouldn't feel too sorry for all of them to be honest, it is Gearbox after all.
They've done a fair few bad things as a company like the debacle with the Borderlands artstyle (look up "Codehunters" on YouTube) "taking inspiration" from the person they talked to about doing work with it and then not using the person but keeping the artstyle which they only apologised for once it was revealed by the guy or lying to the publisher about Aliens where they pulled people off it to work on something else yet were still collecting the milestone cheques.
Sure, it's sad for people working on this that weren't connected in any way with the previous things but as a company it's hard to feel sorry for them after everything so far.

Usually I laugh at the gradual decrease in price for this game but such a jump is actually just very sad.

Sad indeed, perhaps at 9.99 I might just shed a tear and press the buy button.. :.-(

It's a great game with loads of content but it has a depth that does not appeal it seems. Matches last on average about 30 mins. The storyline co-op has missions similar to destiny.
