Brand new just released Oneplus 3 £309 for a Snapdragon 820 cpu
1080p amoled
6gb Ram
64gb storage
Metal unibody and invite free!!!!
will update with all the information as it's available:')
---------------------------------
Early reviews are promising:
It takes a very discerning eye to spot the difference between 2K and 1080P. But the additional processor/GPU load not only reduces the effective performance of your phone, it also hammers battery life.
If you are happy to waste processing and battery power for no gain, then that is your prerogative. But I for one am glad that at least one company is back pedalling.
The screen resolution race reminds of the megapixel race years back in the smartphone world. The extra MP's were not needed then - and the extra screen resolution is not needed now.
Stop being a spec hound.

Just a heads up here...the Oneplus 3 is increasing to £329 from July 11, due to the Brexit vote's effect on the GBPUSD value.

My missus was sortof holding out for the iPhone 7, or possibly the next Nexus, but she likes my OP3 so much she's caved ! Just ordered the new gold colour (anyone else got one?), plus a 5 pack for £12.99 - OnePlus 3 Orzly® Multi-Pack of 5 Colour Protective Flexicases - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01HDH7TAQ/

still with the 1080 screen! 6gb ram is cool but at this price point a 2k qhd screen is essential..cold, sorry!

Just had a look at it in the loop earlier and had a chance to purchase but declined. There's 2 main reasons
1: the phone was believed to have a micro sd card slot available but there isn't one.
2: the phone was believed to have a 3,700+ battery but it's a measly 3,000mah.
So I'm sticking with my Note 4 for now.

For those specs and that price. Good deal to me. Not perfect but which phone is.

the battery is a bit of a bummer for me but the fact it has 64gb storage and 6gb Ram at this price makes up for it to me

Specs are fantastic for the money, but does a phone really need that much?
I like the design, but not enough to entice me away from my OP2.
