According to M&S staff the 'Wave Break Chardonnay" is normally £8 per bottle, but if you buy two it is £12 - a £4 reduction. for some reason at the till this discount is not cancelled but carried on so the 2 dine in deals work out to just £16.00.
The free side dish still works, but you will only get one (single transaction).
This has happened to me before but I wasn't told the reason last time.

Sorry slight amendment it's called wave break chardonnay, and just to make this deal even better, Wot Wine rate it as being fair value at the normal £8.00 and give it a value of £7.50

No - you buy two 'dine in for £10' bundles, and include two bottles of this Wave Break Chardonnay as the wine part of the deal. It then comes to £16 total instead of £20 as the two bottles of wine incur an extra £4 discount.
