Use code GET30 [UPDATE - code GET40 drops it to £509] for this price. Plus if you have ANY working or non working old TV, trade it in for an additional £25 cash back - usually paid into your account within a few days.
There is also some Quidco/TCB available too.

Would this to give me a better picture in single definition than my 4 year old Samsung PS51D8000 plasma. Looking to upgrade my picture quality but don't want to pay for OLED. And don't want to pay for HD package
Cheers

Any reason your looking to replace your plasma with a 4K TV? As you don't want to "pay for HD", and you probably won't to pay for 4K. As it is plasma TV were always renowned for having the best standard definition picture quality after CRT. LCD/LED TVs were never that good, and from what's been said most cheaper 4K TVs scale standard definition worse than LCD/LED TVs.
So it's safe to say, stick to what you have already.
It's worth checking out the AVFORUMS website for good technical advise.

Is the trade in limited?
Could someone potentially give a small CRT and get £25?

Doubt you'd see much difference

I got a £20 off new orders pop up when visiting the site. I don't know if it stacks.

I always though a 4K set will make SD look worse than the same image on a standard HD set.
