Lowest price ever on Amazon. I already have one. I wouldn't use my Dremel without it now, makes it so much easier to handle. Was very annoying trying to find one for around this price when I needed one.

I thought a nice firm rigid shaft would be preferable :man:
Would you recommend using it without the hanging stand?

The Dremel definitely needs to be higher than the flexible shaft when you are using it. I don't have the stand myself, but I hang the Dremel on a tripod which I had anyway and works just as well. You could hang it from a hook or something else if you didn't want to buy the stand. It needs to be probably about a metre higher than whatever you are working on.

Not sure you did much searching because there are dozens on Ebay for this price....and equivalent ones that fit for about £3/4. Cold from me.:disappointed:
