Be especially careful that they're advising covering both outcomes on the same bookie; Backing England/Draw Double Chance and Russian (To Win) in play covers all possible outcomes to guarantee a profit, which is against their terms and conditions. They could reasonably void either one of your bets and / or close your account for this. I hit these offers every time and my strategy has always been to back Over 0.5 goals at Bet365 for £50, and then the 0-0 correct score at any other bookies (whoever has the highest odds) for the correct amount to get as close to £50 as possible - usually £4-ish. This gives you a £50 risk free in-play bet to use on the line of your choice, for the cost of your 0-0 correct score bet.
As an example; I think England are priced around 1.9 (9/10) for the win, using the above strategy, and backing England in-play for £50, gives you an effective price of almost 25/1 for the England win.
(£50 on over 0.5 goals at 1.10 at Bet365 pays £55 + free £50 bet
£6 on 0-0 Correct Score at 8.5 at 188Bet pays £51
Total risk = £4 because one of the above outcomes MUST HAPPEN (£55 - £51 = £4)
£50 in-play on England to win on 1.9 pays £95, or refunded as cash if it loses)
You need a total of £106 in liquidity for the above. £50 for your first bet, £50 for the in-play an £6 for the 0-0 correct score bet.

So im seeing either 0-0 to pay £275 (£5 if not)
Or Both Teams To Score First Half for £250 (or £6.25 if not).
It'll be boring as fudge... or a quick start game. Im leaning towards boring as fudge.

The InPlay is the refundable/long shot, so I could even see myself cashing out on this at 60/70 minutes for healthy profit. Then the prematch bet wins too.
(You just cant cashout the prematch bet or the 'risk free' bet is no longer risk free)
