There's another "cracking" 7 day deal at Iceland, with 6 large free-range 'class A' eggs at just 50p per pack! Available instore and online from 15th June to 21st June. Maximum 4 packs per customer.
Free Range.... right. I'm not going to vote this cold as that would be against the spirit of the site, but anyone who buys these with a clear conscience on the basis that theyre 'free range' is a foo

I got them when they were 12 for £1 and never saw them for 75p. They were lovely eggs.

They don't say if the eggs are free range or not? If they were, I am sure they would sing about it on the label. If they are caged eggs - then I wouldn't touch them if they were free.

Not much to explain here.. 'Free Range' in this context is a farce, theyre not even close to free range. This applies to most 'free range' eggs. The pathetic conditions you need to adhere to in order to label eggs as free range is a joke. My point was that if youre able to sell eggs @ 50p for 6 then youre clearly not spending enough to ensure the welfare of your hens.
