I'm surprised argos selling something like this as it is not road legal , it needs to have peddles then can be classed as an electric bike..

It does not need peddles to be classed as an electric bike! It needs peddles to enable it to be used legally on a public road. The rider must also be aged 14+ to legally use it on public roads & the max speed must not exceed 15.5 mph using the motor alone.
