Fat gives flavour. I really don't understand why meat eaters buy lean mince... May as well use quorn.
It's like buying a sirloin and asking the butcher to trim off the fat!

Just learn to cook properly - fat is good! Much better to fill yourself up with some quality fat rather than sugary junk.....
Although I imagine this would be from factory farm raised cows, not grass fed free rangers.

I sieve my mince regardless the fat content anyway and if I loose 22% it's still mega cheap
Voted hot, but wish it was the 5% mince, albeit much smaller packs.
Good that Iceland seem to be doing these weekly deals though and no doubt some will suit.
