Easier said than done if your internet is down, which lets face it, is exactly when you would need to contact them....its actually the opposite of "simples".

Cheap for a reason, customer support is dreadful if you have any issues. Avoid IMO.

Plusnet were great when I was with them. Left for BT and had some problems with them taking too much for my last bill, took a bit of work but it's all sorted now... That aside no other issues and reliable Internet

Nice deal. Looking to switch from last year's great Sky deal of phone/broadband for 50p/month - so far this is the best deal.
Plusnet's line rental saver makes it a little cheaper: £185.88 - £110 - £50 = £25.88 for a year. Equivalent to £2.16/month.

I'm looking for a new deal after last years sky deal too, this is the best I've seen so far. Will you definitely get the £50 cashback as well as quidco?

Seems to be the case based on the reviews on their quidco page

Do you need to bother with a new router or can I reconfigure one I've already got? Getting sick of collecting them.
