I ordered this small keychain just in case I need one and it was worth it!
Quite durable and surprisingly bright

I would think twice about Lenser - by all accounts quality is slipping. Check Budgetlightforum for ideas about very powerful torches. You'll need to give them an idea of what you want though - what is your budget, do you want small/large, what modes do you want (moonlight is a great mode, means you don't wake everyone up if you just need a teensy bit of light), are you planning on using (readily available) AA's and the like or (much more powerful) Lithium Ion batteries. There's a guy on there called M4DM4X who gets loads of good discount codes on a really wide range of torches so be sure to check out his thread once you have an idea of what you want.
As a very quick idea of a great torch I own which runs on 4 x AA (I use Eneloop, very good AA's) try the Thrunite TN4A for around £35 or so.
In terms of Lithium Ion torches I have several including Thorfire C8S (very powerful but surprisingly cheap at around £15 or less off Amazon) and a couple of smaller but still really powerful Olight torches. You generally have to invest in a decent Lithium Ion charger (I got an Xtar VC4, about £20, very good investment as it is an intelligent charger that also does normal rechargeables) and some GOOD QUALITY Li-Ion cells - don't buy cheap cells. DON'T BUY CHEAP CELLS - they can be very volatile and it is worth researching what is a decent cell.
Hope this helps - the folk on BLF are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Drop your phone when using it as a makeshift torch and you may regret it to the tune of several hundred quid - alternatively several of the small torches I have are certified to IPX8 for waterproofing and also 2m impact tests onto concrete. Plus they have varying levels of light. Plus they're easier to hold. Plus they fit nicely in my pocket. Plus it means I can use the battery on my phone to make calls etc.
...........I can't understand why people, other than for very impromptu occasions, use the LED on their phones when a really useful and dinky torch costs so little......

You don't really want use a phone flash as a torch for extended periods of time due to issues with overheating.

Great Spot OP - I use one of these, and I paid a lot more for mine. Bright, long lasting, and ideal for the keychain.

Great lights. Have several dotted around. Mode gradually increases light intensity which is a great feature if you don't want to start with a full beam.

Yeah can someone recommened me a really good LED torch? I walk a bit through a forest on my way to work early morning and would greatly benefit me.

Check out Costwold has they had some lenser's at half price (I wouldn't pay full) I just bought a Thorfire C8 (with charger) for about £23 from amazon and that seems reasonable value.

I second this. They're a bit pricy but very powerful.

I don't really see the point when you can down load a app on your phone if it does not already have the option to use the LED flash as a torch. My LG G4 is blinding when i use it.
