most gym rats say they are essential for growth. I believe they are broken down proteins so can be instantly absorbed....good for during workouts.

What does this taste like? Bought the unflavoured one a few years ago and had to throw it away as it was so disgusting, it made me wretch each time I had it.

miles away from the unflavored which is undrinkable, just a very very mild aftertaste of it with these flavoured ones, extremely drinkable

I'm using the unflavoured one at the minute it's absolutely disgusting. I mix it with blue raspberry creatine which isn't much better. I've started adding strawberry Ribena to the mix makes it just about drinkable
