Had cherry limeade before which was ok. Stopped taking bcaa's as recommended by a nutritionist and I've not noticed a difference at all. If anything it has helped me shed some fat which was my goal. There are a few studies around online about bcaa's hampering fat loss as you only need to take them if you are completely depleting your glycogen stores and athletes only really hit those zones with training etc. each to their own but I won't be in a rush to have them again even though I have a full bag of tropical MP bcaa's in the cupboard still unopened

Reiterating what others have said, this is a completely pointless supplement. There is not one bit of scientific evidence that supports BCAA, you are just taking them because all the sponsored websites, who shockingly get paid to tell you too use them

Forget to was out your protein shake container overnight, it will smell like a rat has crawled in and died.

Had the tropical one a while back and binned it, was disgusting. Recently purchased the Sour Raspberry and it is also vile but when lapping it is just about drinkable.

+1 on the smell when opening it each time lol.

tropical is 10/10 for taste. bought it before at 15 quid a kilo and its excellent.

If you're not keen on the flavour I suggest adding some squash of a similar flavour also.

I take creatine, don't bother with anything else nowadays, I think I probably get enough protein from chicken/cheese/milk/other meat, eggs, etc.

Watermelon is OK

the unflavoured is horrible but on my last order I went for Cherry limeade flavour and it wasn't bad. i used it with unflavoured protein powder so it actually gave that a bit of a taste so I didn't need to add any flavour drops to it.

The orange flavour is not nice

As above, if you have protein in your diet, you will get plenty of BCAAs. Spend it on creatine instead.

Don't forget you're supposed to eat food as well which contains all the BCAAs you require in your diet anyway.

protein shakes contain bcca themselves - if having 3 shakes a day you are probably on 15-30g already depending on the size

I have this right now, I quite like the taste, much better than unflavored. Just have it with water and shake it in a shaker, don't try and mix it with a glass and a spoon as I had to find out the hard way.

can this be mixed with ptotein shakes?
Im already taking 3 shakes per day not sure when i would take this ,with a shake?

Ordered because not sweetened with aspartame, unlike the other flavoured variants.

Ordered it a few weeks ago when out of stock and got delivered last week, quite a good bargain so see if it makes any difference.

It does stink whenever you open the pack, but I found that if I dissolved it in hot water it was palatable.

Voted hot - does have a rancid taste... but I mix it with the orange l-glutamine and it tastes good with that. Wouldn't dare try this on its own or i'd throw up.

@REAL_DEAL - so am I... I thought I was the only one. I was tempted to cancel but i'm sticking with it cos I ordered it for approx £5

What does this taste like? Bought the unflavoured one a few years ago and had to throw it away as it was so disgusting, it made me wretch each time I had it.

Tropical flavour is awful.
Go for peach & mango instead.
