My email says the offer has already been applied to my card, just need to scan at the till. My mrs, who works at M & S says its for all sparks card holders.

Given the almighty mistakes over sparks as a 'loyalty' scheme in the last year. Another example of the distain Marks have shown their customers.

Couldn't agree more. It's absolutely awful! We spend between £50-100 a week in M&S and the points are totally worthless.

And what about already reduced items? Only buy M&S food when reduced, and an extra 10% would be welcome.
