With the Garmin FR60, you can record every mile and minute of your journey. This stylish workout watch makes it possible to track your running time and the calories you burn on your run. If you include the optional wireless footpod, you can even track your speed, distance covered whether indoors or outdoors.

Train Indoors or Out
The Garmin FR 60 gives you the option to train indoors or outdoors. However you choose to train, the FR60 will be your training partner, recording your time, and the calories your burn during workout. The Garmin training watch comes with advanced training tools such as training alarms and Virtual Partner. The Virtual Partner feature allows you to compete against a virtual training partner.

Monitor Your Health
This superb Garmin sports watch allows you to keep a check on your weight, body fat, body water and up to six other measurements in collaboration with the Tanita BC-1000 body composition scale. The readings are stored on the Garmin FR60 and automatically transferred to the Garmin Connect when the watch is in range of your computer.

Pick Your Form Factor
Men and women have different preferences when it comes to training. But the training equipment need not differ drastically. The FR 60 has been designed both for men and women in its functionality and differs only in sizes and colours.

Cross-Train
You can even use the Garmin FR60 to monitor and track your cycling workouts. This is made possible by attaching an optional wireless speed/cadence sensor to your bike. It will also measure your pedalling cadence and wheel speed. As the sensor attaches to your rear wheel, you can even use it to monitor indoor training.

Sync and Share
The FR 60 will automatically transfer your data to your PC or Mac wirelessly once it is in range. No wires or cables are required. You can then analyze your performance through Garmin's online community, the Garmin Connect.
