Freeze the bottle first then pour hot water over bottle. Squeeze lemon juice over the outside bottle and lick. Open the bottle and serve in a wine glass

It's meant to be served with an orange. Coriander is also used in the brew, along with orange.

Don't rate Blue Moon at all, very little taste to it. Not sure how it is Belgian when they make it in the states as far as I know. Heat added for the price though.
