ALRIGHT...it's no Quackshot (now that's a game!). But it's a great game and it's down to only 50p.
Who remembers rocking this in the 90's with a can of Tab Clear whilst periodically pausing to flick sweets at your siblings with your 5p candy necklace?

Michael Jacksons Moonwalker was an absolute gem, albeit the arcade version (often found in the local fair ground) was far superior to the one pushed out on to home consoles.

Ah, I remember it well. This and operation wolf (and dare I say Michael Jacksons moonwalker) are some of my most vivid childhood gaming memories. Loved the sweetie/chocolate land level

Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to play the arcade version - too busy winning goldfish!

You should experience it at some point, if not just for comparison reasoning. I'm sure it (I know it can be) obtained for MAME

This has some stonking reviews on the Megadrive when it came out. Mean Machines gave it 95% and said it was the best platformer on the Megadrive. Personally, I preferred Robocod but that was released almost a year later.

Mean Machines, there's a blast from the past! I still have a load of the magazines somewhere.

Mean Machines agreed with you, calling Robocod the best platformer too (it was subsequent to Castle of Illusion ergo Robocod was superior), but both were stone cold classics:
However this game on offer (for those who don't want to turn off the safety protocols to get the Amazon Underground Marketplace) isn't really the same - it's a reimagining. Fun but not quite as satisfying I'm afraid.

I didn't really get into this during the mega drive era. I was a road rash fan along with Toejam and Earl. I rarely hear people mention Toejam and Earl, sounds like I'm the only one who played it :0
