Looking at the back it doesn't seem like it. If only it was 27" but nevertheless good price for the resolution and being an IPS panel.

Bought 2 of these for my work system. Not much adjustment on the stand but the text is very clear and the monitor stand and frame is metal.
One of the screens had 2 dead pixels, and the other one had none. Other than that they are really good ips 1440p panels, the same as used in the Dell U2515H.
No buzzing or any annoying sounds, but the monitor does take a while to switch resolutions and switch on, could be annoying for alt tabbing out of full screen applications that run at a different resolution/refresh rate..
Can't say I would game on these, I prefer 144Hz for that. If you had to buy a cheap gaming monitor, you could do a lot worse though.
