This could get shot down in flames but looks good to me.

I use iD.
The good
- The deal I've got is fantastic and can't be beaten. The price is very, very low for what you get.
- The signal is really good (although I'm in London).
- The data monitoring app is really clean, easy to use and tracks your usage really well.
- Number porting was absolutely painless.
- Download / upload speed is great. It's faster than my 50 mbps BT broadband.
- It's a monthly rolling contract. You're not locked in!
The Bad
- Unfortunately their data limit notifications won't update so if you bought a "double data" deal you will get notifications telling you you've half of your allowance even though you've only used a quarter. However if you go onto the app you will see exactly how much data you have left. The app is very accurate and you'll learn to ignore the incorrect notifications so this is not a major problem.
- No tethering, but again this is such a minor issue for me.
I have not had any reason to talk to customer services, so although they might be terrible the initial service is good enough that I can happily avoid talking to anyone. A few people have said "Just wait till you have a problem with them, then you're in trouble!". That might very well be the case, but honestly I can't anticipate anything going wrong and, if it does, it's a monthly contract which I can cancel at a moments notice. The cost of the contract is so small that even if they charge me an extra month I'm almost certainly saving money in the long run anyway!
HotUKdeals is about saving money and getting bargains. The bottom line is that this tariff is a bargain and I can't recommend it more!

I think if you actually get close to 5000 texts a month, you may have a problem!

Needs pointing out just how bad their customer services are.
Ee seem to have listened and are starting to bring theirs back to UK.
I'd pay slightly more for UK based competent support....

The company is actually 'ID Mobile Ltd' which is under the ultimatly holding company of Dixons Carphone PLC, it is not 'ID Communications Ltd' which is owned by 3 (Hutchison 3G UK Ltd)Hutchinson.

whats the point if you dont get signal from 3 when id is not available. 3 4g speed above 30mbps id 5mbps. and most of the time no signal slow internet.

Should also state it's via uswitch.
My quidco also tracked.
Go to check out via uswitch. Close browser. Open quidco, shop via ID, the uswitch deal should be sitting in the basket.

No, it's sold by Carphone, but the whole operation (ID Communications Ltd) is actually owned 100% by 3 (Hutchison 3G UK Ltd).
