Pack of cooked whole beetroots, 39p at Lidl Northern Ireland.
Lovely just cut up into small cubes with a vinaigrette and some garlic. Add a couple of boiled eggs, maybe some feta cheese, some ham or cold chicken, crusty bread...Gorgeous easy lunch. :)

Thanks, love cooked beetroot (without vinegar), I remember them from school dinners 40 years ago, I think I was the only kid who liked them.
