I prefer Loratadine. I've tried the other main type (cetizirine) but they make me drowsy. But it's horses for courses really - you'll need to try them and see whichworks best for you.

I find cetirizine works better but its makes me very lethargic. This doesnt, isn't as effective but helps. but its very subjective I think, best to try both and see

As mentioned by someone else, the active ingredient works differently on everyone. You will need to try each one and find out which works for you.
