Slice potatoes into rounds. Cover bottom of dish with them, sprinkle on top some chopped fried bacon and fried onions. Sprinkle on some frozen peas. Repeat, finishing with a layer of potatoes. Pour over stock. Cover, and bake. Take lid/foil off for last 15 mins. Delicious. Even nicer the day after. Have on its own/ with red cabbage. Or use as a pie filling. With or without the addition of condensed chicken soup
Bought this last week and was really impressed with the quality. Pack contains absolutely loads. Once the fat was cut off it was even suitable for bacon butties. Definitely a bargain.
