Bought one of these for the same price near Christmas time last year. Haven't seen it come back down to this price since. Worth every penny. Great Phone.
Yes it can. There are two sim slots and a microsd slot.

Of course you can. You'll always buy hardware cheaper that way - what you won't get is the same warranty / support.

I was just about to buy the honor x5 which has come up on HUKD, but now have seen this. Any advise on which one I should get? Many thanks (HUKD has saved me lots on purchases over the years, keep up the good work).

Having owned both..... I'd say spend the extra on the Honor 5x. Not that the wileyfox is a bad phone, it's not. But the smaller 410 processor has its limitations. If your simply looking for a cheap phone to Facebook, what's app, call with, the wileyfox will be good. But if your a play games or use you phone a bit more intensively..... Plum for the Honor. But put nova launcher on it.

They are different in screen size and cpu speed.
The 5X is faster and larger with a fingerprint scanner, but costs at a higher price.
It totally depends on how you will use the phone daily,
and whether you will be able to "forget" the other one after you buy any one of them.
.
FYI: Wileyfox Storm has the same size as Honor 5X but costs even more expensive (£190) and still NO fingerprint scanner

Depends on what you want - the honor x5 covers more GSM bands so might be better in america etc and has a fingerprint scanner - I have this phone and i really like it.
I cant personally speak for this phone, but it gets good reviews, I paid about £130 for the Honor X5 so think thats better for me than this, but YMMV

Advice please - can this have 2 sims installed plus an sd card or does the second SIM slot share with sd? Thanks in advance.

The Swift has dual SIM and SD card support. It's the Storm where the 2nd SIM doubles as the SD slot.
