Doubt it. Only retailers that actually aim their products at the UK market or that sell within the UK are obligated to supply a 3 pin plug or some sort of adapter. Amazon fr, de or wherever the Amazon is located aren't doing neither. Hey, I might be wrong, Amazon may indeed include one out of courtesy, but like i said, they aren't obliged to do so.
