Been using coconut oil for a while and it's not normally cheap, but Iv been paying over a tenner every time I get some. Just gone into my local aldi store in Ramsgate and they have it for 75p now that's a bargin, I had to share.

coconut oil is a MCT oil. it shouldn't cause high cholesterol. cholesterol is caused by overconsumption of sugars and processed foods. some people jump on the super food band wagon without making healthy changes to their current diet.
