Well don't expect it to do a lot. The only way to achieve the peak 400a output is by shorting the leads together (just full load and almost zero volts). In real life this unit will be lucky to assist an ailing car battery by more than 100a (a vehicles ecu requires around 9.6v to stop it shutting down). The leads themselves are far too thin to carry an 400a load and they incorporate a fuse much lower than 400a.....what does that tell you?

I bought one of these about 2 months ago, for those who say it wont jump start start a car due to being under powered. Ive started my 2.0L Vauxhall insignia twice with it and it still had plenty juice left in it after my battery died.

Its much bigger, depends on how flat your battery is, how big your engine is, diesel or petroleum.

Something doesn't add up, 10000mha @ 12v would be 120Wh, not 37Wh?

It's based on individual cell voltage of 3.7V. Yes, misleading.
