GP recyko brand is well regarded, and in many cases beat eneloop in tests.

I have about 40 eneloops but am picking up 20 recyko from various halfords tomorrow. I'll run them through my Maha C9000 to test, but I'm fairly confident they'll be great.

sorry mate, but in stock in my nearest store & that's 20 mile away from me in rural Devon (we've only got 2 cities in the whole county!) I appreciate your frustration cus I often can't get deals, even in Tesco & asda cus ours are so small, but hey that's life, as unfair as it is :neutral_face: But don't knock someone for posting a deal that others can get, that's the reason for this site.

I just bought a vc4 charger thought these batteries and a spare charger to put at work would be good but I don't like the look of Safety Timer does that mean it stops charging after a while. thanks for stating the batteries are fatter and shorter I was going to put them in C batterie adapters but they might not work now

Nooooo (sarcastic),the safety charger means it stays on all week until the batteries get so hot they explode, what do you think it means!?! It's a safety charger. HIKD gets on my nerves sometimes. It's batteries. Buy them or not, don't over think every detail!!!

Strange, just typed in Birmingham, Glasgow, Bristol, Sheffield, London, Liverpool, Plymouth, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Wigan & Preston, the only town which didn't have stock was Preston.
