The sad thing about that product is he gets the fame and the fortune because his name is on it but in reality he doesn't have the scientific background/knowledge to be able to develop the product.
Even worse, it goes against everything he supposedly stands for when preaching about "baking from scratch", those premixes have some pretty nasty additives which you wouldn't use if you just bought a bag of flour, salt, and yeast.
Either way though it's a good freebie but be aware of the ingredients.

there is nothing that comlex about these recipes. what are you talking about? as far as nasties go, the only slight nasty is sorbitan monostearate. how is that any worse than datem used in most breads?
