Diabetes in a box and also the most un-natural ingredients too. No thanks.

So many virtue signalling, nutribabble food police comments. Why are people commenting on a deal that they have no interest in other to point out that these aren't 1 of your 5 a day? I can only guess it makes them feel better about themselves and makes others aware of how perfect and flawless their diet, body and lifestyles might be. Nobody cares if you wouldn't feed something soooo unnatural to you or your special snowflakes.
A 150kcal snack isn't going to kill you, cause diabetes, harm you or your children, make you obese etc etc. It's no worse than a chocolate bar, small slice of cake, caramel latte etc

Sorry but that's what the science suggests. I love cheese but I'm not addicted to fat. I love chicken but I'm not addicted to protein. I love grapes so I must be addicted to sugar?
There is no strong evidence that shows sugar is addictive specifically. You can be addicted to eating but not a single ingredient or macronutrient and this is a behavioural addiction. A physical addiction i.e. substance abuse, has specific neurobiological mechanisms.
Let's not confuse the pleasure of eating the things we like with an addiction.

Got some last week but wasn't bogof. Very short dated. Heat though, as it was the first time I tried them and quite liked it.

To counter the anti-twinkie brigade. They're not too bad for a treat if you like them. Do some exercise after for a bit of both worlds.
