Yep, as long as it is actual credit. Many £10 EE PAYG cards are £10 bundle "packs" that include minutes and texts, but no actual credit.
If the card is a bundle pack, simply text "STOP PACK" to 150 as soon as you put the card in the phone. Make sure the phone is set up fully first, as EE will apply the bundle pack within a few minutes of the SIM being activated. EE will then text to ask if you want to confirm, reply with "YES". This will stop the £10 credit from converting into a minutes/texts bundle pack.

seems like it is a rebranded BenQ f52. has LTE 1800mhz and 2600mhz so no good for O2 or Vodafone I believe
looks like an absolute bargain but is it easy to unlock?

Codes aren't available on eBay, but EE will unlock it for you via their online unlocking form. You will need a PAYG sim with at least £8.99 credit to buy the unlock code though.

I checked it out when it was released at £200 and found it to have poor build quality and crap cameras.
I would look at it differently for £85 though. Great price.
Can you just use the £10 EE credit then to unlock?? Seems good for the money!

Hi, does anybody know whether wifi calling would work with this phone if an EE pay monthly SIM was used? The EE FAQ Claims that only phones bought from their stores/online shop will have the functionality but is there really any difference? Thanks!

from what I can see, it needs the 5.1.1 update which has proved to be problematical for WiFi calling
