Found this in Tesco Burnside near Glasgow yesterday. Seemed to have a few but they were going fast. Not sure if this deal is national. Great price.

You can cook stuff as fast as 2 hours or as slow as 18 hours (in my own experience). On high heat, a nice marinaded thick chop is done in 2 hours (can be lesser if thinner cuts), whilst a big shoulder with dry marinade for pull pork coming out lunch time when made overnight is well worth the "slow" wait.
Most of the time, I use it to throw ingredients in a pot and have a meal ready the moment step back into the house from work.

In stock at all stores near me so you can almost guarantee they won't be reduced
Has anyone used one? They really are slow cookers lol takes like a day to cook anything...

Slow cookers are great,like seejaythinks says just throw stuff in,cheap tough meat cuts end up super tender.I had one of my old cockerels in last week,would have been chewy roasted,came out falling off the bone!
