I've been looking at the titanium version of this watch which is about £380 on amazon at the moment. Whilst this is the stainless steel version I think £249 is a decent price.
H Samuels have a sale on with so if this is not for you there maybe something there that is.
Bit of blurb from Citizen website.

THIS IS A MUCH BETTER WATCH AND CONSIDERABLY A BETTER DEAL.....
Great watch. I have the Titanium Red Arrows one. It's worth paying the extra for the titanium version.

I use an Aviator style leather strap (Time Factors) with one and it is comfortable and looks good.

Nice watch, if I didn't already have a few other watches I'd have bought this, so tempted though

I had one of these briefly but the titanium version. Sent it back though as wasn't that keen on the busy face.
When I first decided I wanted a nice watch all I looked at was citizens. After doing a lot of looking and reading on watches I now just think the citizens/chronograph watches are just far too busy with features you'll just hardly ever use.

Have to agree, watch face looks very cluttered!

Not all are. There are some nice simpler models available, though.

So good that your affordability is merely to cut and paste a photo of it here. Now show us this better on your wrist to seek salvation.

Im afraid i dont agree, the citizen looks as thouh it'll tell you how much time you spend on the loo, although find where might be a challenge.

Nah. That is cold too. The Van Cleef and Arpels midnight planetarium watch in this jaw-droppingly beautiful video is the one to have and will be mine when I make my second £million :stuck_out_tongue:. A snip at just £176,000
very nice watch. at the price I'll buy two, one for each wrist!

The model of red arrows watch is u600, if you look for that manual you will see why the watch face is busy. I don't profess to even know half the stuff, I had to switch the summer time mode on the other day when the clocks changed

Of course you're entitled to your opinion. I probably won't use all the functions. But reckon it's a great looking watch.
