I was looking for a cordless drill to help me with infrequent attempts to do some DIY (I usually get my builder brother-in-law or father-in-law to do DIY jobs...). Anyway, having checked various online retailers for a good value drill, I came across this Black + Decker drill at Amazon. Good drill for occasional DIY tasks, good reviews, and a very good price. Lowest price ever according to CamelCamelCamel.

Better to spend a little more and get one with a Lithium ion battery.
With this drill it won,t hold charge if you use it infrequently, so thats a 2 hour recharge before use on every job.

Not really more a screwdriver n light wall jobs, i bought one about 6 months ago at £22 on here. does light work ok, but go for the 18v hammer if you want to decent masonry work, i have both by the way, other than that, good for price!

the ion battery are £63 18watt and are called Stanley drill.
I tired lidl ion drill and it wasn't that great
