Prepare for non-stop excitement and pulse-pounding thrills in this “smart, sexy and action-packed” (Scott Mantz, Access Hollywood) action thriller. Colin Farrell stars as Douglas Quaid, a factory worker who visits Rekall, a revolutionary company that can turn his superspy fantasies into real memories. But when the procedure goes horribly wrong, the line between fantasy and reality blurs as Quaid becomes a man on the run and the fate of his world hangs in the balance.

This remake is worth considerably less than £1... ...so cold due to inflated price. :stuck_out_tongue:

Terrible, terrible remake. I wouldn't pay a penny for the blu-ray.

Prefer the original story: We can remember it for you wholesale by Philip K. Dick

I didn't hate this, personally. I don't think it had a single original idea but it was reasonably slick and good-looking, if instantly forgettable. I'd say definitely worthy of a pound of a sci-fi buff's money for a Sunday afternoon popcorn kinda deal.

Bad enough that you would have to have it wiped from your memory?

Worth a trip in a Johnnycab to check my local branch.

Hmmmm, well I thought it was a good film though I also thought the original was better and really didn't need remaking. A BluRay and only £1 make it a good deal IMHO and I'm not a fan of DVDs in general, given that streaming saves you cluttering your shelves with something you'll never watch again. If it was 3D then it'd be a no-brainer.

It's worth a quid. Decent remake and different to the original.

Wondering if it's the 4K mastered version. This was the first film to get a 4K master.
