Intel Core i3-4005 1.7ghz
1TB HDD
4GB RAM
15.6 inch HD screen
DVD reader/writer
HDMI
USB 3.0
Seemed like a good deal to me.
Can't see any other i3 processors at this price!
It isn't high end, but beats the Celeron and the AMD A6.
And a cheap price!
it's not full HD ! it's not full HD ! yawn yawn yawn ! and it hasn't got imax surround sound !!! or ground to air missiles !!! it's a £ 199 - what do you expect ? it's a small screen - bet your eyes aren't full HD !

Oh give it a rest, I never denied that! The original title didn't mention screen, then I saw it was full HD (wrong website) so I added it, then deleted it again.
And original description said I was unsure. You can check with a moderator if you're that concerned!!

Not sure at all, price still seems good for a 720p?

If that's a reference to this being as slow as an ancient mainframe computer, well this isn't a slow laptop. It will breeze through web browsing and general tasks. Thrashes the ENIAC :stuck_out_tongue:

Toshiba + Argos refurb doesn't inspire confidence.

Well yes, to physically change it yes. Are you comfortable installing Windows? And getting hold of a copy?
